The traditions of elegance and durability meet modern convenience in the Riverside Delcastle Irish Pine 60-Inch Glass Panes Entertainment Center. It has both the beauty of an heirloom and the everyday ease modern families - and modern technologies - need.
The center starts with the middle console. Two enclosed storage areas perfect for DVD, CD, and VHS players on either side boast adjustable center shelves - creating four storage nooks - behind beautiful wavy glass doors with decorative cross-mullion overlays. Fixed bottom panels rest at the base of each storage area. Two storage drawers slide easily on full-extension ball-bearing guides. The bottom drop-face drawer is even more useful, thanks to game controller storage behind the face and wiring access at the back. Removable top and base moldings on the ends of the cabinet enable the console to function between piers or as a stand-alone unit.
Pier bases sit on either side of the console. Each features a door with a decoratively grooved panel insert, plus one adjustable center shelf and one fixed bottom panel within. Sitting atop the bases, the pier hutches feature the same wavy antique glass insert and double-cross mullion overlay you find on the center console doors. Inside, each hutch has two polished-edge glass adjustable center shelves that are perfect for displaying collectibles, small sculptures, and framed photos. You'll even find an accent light mounted under the top panel of each hutch with a touch switch on the door hinge.
A bridge with an adjustable upper shelf and a back panel with decorative grooves complete the look. Wiring access holes throughout help you avoid cord clutter, while built-in base levelers and the included tip-restraining hardware keeps the unit flush and in place. Able to support TVs up to 50W inches, the timeless piece is crafted of durable pine solids and veneers and finished in warm antique Irish pine.

Notes on Riverside Construction
All Riverside domestic furniture is constructed of fine wood harvested from American forests, including oak, ash, poplar, and pine. These wood types are durable and feature beautiful, open grains that make them much preferred among furniture manufacturers. Each piece of wood is first graded for quality at the Riverside lumber plant, then kiln-dried to remove excess moisture and prevent splitting. The wood is then sent to one of Riverside's three manufacturing plants, all located in Fort Smith, Ark. At that point, it's constructed into a high-quality furniture piece using a combination of hardwood solids and hand-selected veneers. Techniques used on Riverside pieces include dovetail joinery, heavy-duty drawer roller guides, and multi-step finish applications that include hand-sanding and polishing for a deep, lustrous result. All Riverside furniture is given this high-quality treatment to ensure the beauty and durability of your final product.
