The set - including left and right pier bases and tops, a TV console, and a bridge and shelf - starts with durable Mindi hardwood solids and veneers finished in a warm, cozy, lightly distressed Camden shade. Each pier base boasts a door with interchangeable wood and speaker grille insert panels that opens to one adjustable and one fixed shelf for books and albums. Each pier top features two adjustable shelves and one fixed shelf behind its wood-framed, glass-paneled door, and a storage drawer on smooth wood-on-wood guides below catches remotes and spare batteries. Locate everything inside easily thanks to a little illumination provided by a touch-switch light in the pier tops' top panels.
The curved-face console has one adjustable and one fixed shelf behind each outside door, all ideal for DVD, CD, or DVR systems. Interchangeable wood and beveled glass panels for the doors are included. A center pullout media storage drawer helps you swiftly organize DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, and video games. Removable top and base molding allows the console to function between piers or as a standalone unit.
The included bridge and shelf connects the piers when they're butted up against the console, and two built-in lights in the top of the bridge offer additional accent lighting for the TV room.
