This elaborate entertainment center offers storage for all your media equipment and will accommodate nearly any flat-panel or rear-projection television. Best of all, it does all this without taking over your whole living room. One option is to purchase the expanding TV console on its own. This console features two glass doors and a permanent shelf for media equipment behind each one. If you expand this console to accommodate a larger TV, you will reveal two shelves in between these glass-front cupboards. The more the console is expanded, the larger the shelves become. If the console is kept at its smallest size, the shelves simply won't exist.
If you're looking for an entertainment center for use with your flat-panel TV, in addition to the console described above, you may also choose to add the expanding bridge shelf with back panel and the media storage cabinets. This bridge with back panel has one expanding shelf and a light in the top with a three-way touch dimmer. The height of the shelf will be dependent on the size of your TV. If your TV is particularly large, there may not be room for the shelf at all. The media centers on each end feature a drawer box on bottom and a paneled door above it for storage. These media cabinets will accommodate up to 250 CDs or 180 DVDs.
The entertainment center for your rear-projection TV will include everything listed above for the flat-panel center, except for the center console, as this piece is not needed.
