This entertainment system is constructed of rich poplar solids and birch veneers, finished in a warm Dark Brown shade with light distressing. All Parker House finishes are sealed with a lacquer-based top coat to ensure years of enjoyment - just clean the finish with a soft cloth and quality furniture polish.

Included in this set are a TV console; left and right storage piers; left and right curio piers; a top shelf and expandable bridge; a back panel; and shelves, doors and drawers. Each storage and curio pier has upper and lower enclosed shelving for photos, books, and collectibles, as well as center drawers for small items. An optional speaker grill for the left storage pier's bottom stereo cabinet door is also available, and curio lights - equipped with three-way dimmer switches - are built into all glass-door cabinets.

The center TV console, which accommodates TVs up to 50W inches, is outfitted with an iPod docking station so you can listen to your playlists any time. Two center wood-framed glass doors open to reveal shelves that are perfect for holding video game systems, DVD players, VCRs, and CD players. Two bottom drawers in the console can stash CDs, DVDs, and remotes. All drawers feature English dovetail box construction and slide smoothly on full-extension ball-bearing guides. Return moldings on each side allow the console to be used on its own.

A top bridge and expandable shelf, along with a full back panel designed to support a TV, connect the piers when butted up against the console, forming a total entertainment system. The whole unit stands a statement-making 81.5H inches and is topped with decorative crown molding, shipped inside the pier cabinets to prevent damage. A built-in power center helps control cord clutter and means you won't have to move the center's components to wire your equipment.
