We bought the Homestead not expecting it to be nearly as gorgeous as it turned out. It's such an attractive piece that I find myself checking it out more than I do our brand new 55-inch TV! The quality was unexpectedly good as well; each piece is quite solid and the cabinet holds our Dish system, Surround sound system, Blu-Ray, plus three video game systems.
It was a beast to put together, though; I'd recommend two people as the pieces are very heavy. The only down side is that we had to add an additional magnet to the left cabinet because it wouldn't quite reach and connect the way it was made. This problem was negligible, but still a little frustrating as you want it to look perfect after all the hours spent trying to put it together. All in all, though, you can't go wrong with this piece. It's just beautiful.

I like the overall design. It took my husband a few hours to assemble. There were a few chips in the wood, but nothing that is too noticable. There is a bit of a gap on the bottom edge. It doesnt quite line up. The unit is a bit darker than it appears on the website.

    This is a great stand for the money! This thing is heavy and made of good quality. It was excatly what I was looking for. I shopped around at many local stores and was not able to find anything of this good quality for the price. Most cost hundreds of dollars more. It took some time to put together and wasn't easy, but worth the money saved! I love this piece of furniture!

      got my homeyle tall tv stand. not the color that is on line.[...] took 5 hours to put together. the hardware is of cheap quality. 3 of the round screws,cracked in half. i am not returning the cabinet cause it took so long to put together, the side door does not shut good, the magnetic do not stick,the glass door on the right side is shorter than the left. i am making it do, after all put together is a nice looking rich cabinet. [...]next time, will get furniture that is all put together.
